[Grammar] Not just any XX inhibts the YYY

HI! Could you please let me know if this sentence is OK as a title? Meaning that XX should have certain qualities to inhibt YYY. I am concerned about "not just any" and the verb use...

It is difficult to give a satisfactory answer without knowing what the essay/article is about, for whom it is intended or whether 'inhibit' is the appropriate verb.
