not only to or to not only

Hi. Shall I put "not only" before "to" or after when using an infinitive: "I want not only to go" or "I want to not only go." Is there any idea?

Of those two, I prefer the first, but in my opinion there is a better, third alternative:

'I not only want to go to Paris, but I also want to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower.'

I would add "I want to go not only to Paris but to the top of the Eiffel Tower".
