Would you take a look at the following?

Dr : Well, I don't think that has anything to do with your stomachache.
Anything else?
X : No. Not that I remember.

Does this "Not that I remember" mean the following?

There is Not anything else that I remember

Or

I do Not have anything else that I remember

If both are wrong, would you let me know the correct answer?
