Both are grammatical. Neither is natural. The most natural thing to say it "not to fight with."

Both are grammatical. Neither is natural. The most natural thing to say it "not to fight with."

C and D are both wrong.

In BrE A is perfectly natural to me with or without the suggested "with". Option B sounds old fashioned.
