Last night was my first time to host an English club. This English club is a bit special because it's for kids. At the English club, I said the following at the beginnging after some chitchat.
Now let me tell you one of the golden rules of this club: To respect others. It's fine and understandable to be noisy, inquisitive, naughty and you can play around and talk with new friends. But, all in all, please do bear in mind that you need to respect every one here.
Is this short paragraph natural and grammatical? The intended meaning: I think kids are often noisy, naughty and so on and it's understandable to be like that but no matter how you be like, please do respect others at the club.
