"of" and "with"

I can't understand the difference between "of" and "with" please help me.
What is the difference in these two sentences please.


1) That room was full of children.
(2) That room was filled with children.

Thank you in advance.
 
Two different ways of expressing the same thought.
 
I can't see even a slight difference in meaning.
