What does It mean? "Of the prize"?

** Plz correct Title! It should be "of the prize"

It means that what he said was in relation to, or about, the prize. In other words, his first word It refers to the prize.

The software often inserts a phantom  where it's not wanted. You can delete this by using Edit Post. I did it for you this time.
