A asked B: What do you think about this question?

Could B answer:

1. I feel offended.
2. I feel it offensive.
3. I feel offensively.

Are the replies above correct?

1. I feel offended.
2. I feel it offensive.
3. I feel offensively.
NOT A TEACHER
I'll rule out 3 immediately. 2 works best for me in this situation, but 1 is also possible in certain cases.
Am I wrong at anything?

Number three is wrong. Number one is correct. Number two is marginal with an implied "to be".

I am not a teacher.

In place of 2. you could say, 'I find it offensive'.

How about 'I deem it offensive'?

Not a teacher.
