Hi,

Let us assume that I am a teacher and I always upload files and documents on the computer. One of my students ask:

- Could you please upload these files on/in the system?

Should I use 'in' or 'on' in that sentence?

Thanks.

Not a teacher.

I would prefer 'in'

Note my corrections above in red.

I would use "Could you please upload these files to the system?"

Or "onto." Maybe even "into." Definitely a "to" involved.
