Perhaps we're not being clear enough about the meaning of "source and author". What exam? What examining board produced the paper? Which year was it from? If you still have it, please post a screenshot. If you found it online, please provide a link.

With this particular question, there should be a comma placed after 'contrary' and the word 'on' should not start with a capital letter.
