Hello.

Is my sentence correct? 'She came to pour her anger on him. She wasn't trying to solve their problems.'

I would replace "pour" with "vent".

Does the original sentence sound unnatural?

Don't ask why but "vent anger" on somebody is a set phrase. "Pour anger" may work in your language but is not common in English.

I found 'pour their anger on' on Fraze it and 'pour your anger at' on google.

"vent anger on somebody" isn't a set phrase in BrE. It doesn't work for me at all. It would suffice to say "She came to vent at him".

How about '...express her anger at me'?

Vent your anger works for me.
