This is not my homework.

I want to know if I could use "hundred dollars" to denote "one hundred dollars".

Which of the following are correct?

1-Hundred dollars were spent.
2-A hundred dollars were spent.
3-One hundred dollars were spent.
4-She gave me hundred dollars.
5-She gave me a hundred dollars.
6-She gave me one hundred dollars.

1 and 4 are wrong.

Kindly help me to make the third sentence more natural by pointing out the improvements.

What's not natural is the use of the passive voice in all of them. We rarely use it in this context. If you're talking about spending, you usually mention who spent the money.

They spent a hundred dollars.
She spent one hundred dollars.

Why did you use the passive voice?
