Hello Teacher, is this sentence correct? Do I say it correctly "one of the days in that week"

Our representative from Shanghai will be here in Hong Kong for the week of May 21, 2012 (that is May 21 to 25) and he will be visiting our office on one of the days in that week.

(Not a Teacher)

"Our representative from Shanghai will be in Hong Kong for the week of May 21, 2012 and will be visiting our offices for one/some day that week."

What you have is understandable but a tad verbose.
