only....at the end of the sentence

Hi,

Suzan drank a glass of tea only.
The quests eat vegetables only.
They accept signed papers only.
The clup is for old people only.

I could't understand what the meaning of the ''only'' used at the end of the sentence means. Could you please explain that?

She drank a glass of tea, and nothing else.
They eat vegetables, and nothing else.

You could put it before "a glass of tea" or "vegetable" or "singed papers" or "for old people" but putting it as the end is emphatic.
Don't put it before the verb.
