Please set me clear on the following in bold.

Simply by becoming more aware, I have become a powerful agent of change. There is no need to force anything, only to expand my awareness.

Does the above mean "there is no need to force anything. I have only to expand my awareness", or "There is no need to force anything in order to expand my awareness", or some other thing?

I'd say it's the first- simply by expanding their awareness the person can cause change without the need to force anything. Whether it's true or not is another matter. ;-)
