OPPOSITE Friends main cast is played by the following actors, shown from left to right: Matthew Perry, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox, and Matthew LeBlanc.

Does "OPPOSITE" mean on the next page in this particular context and why is it written in capital letters?
Or is it the name of something?

No. We don't tend to use the possessive with TV shows and films.

Friends cast members really are good friends.
The Mask cast have reunited for a sequel.
