Hello.

Are all the three examples correct?
1.''Every weekend she goes out of town''.
2.''Every weekend she goes to the country''.
3.''Every weekend she goes to the countryside''.

Yes, those are all possible.

But ''She goes in the country'' is wrong. Isn't it? Is it wrong because ''go'' should be followed only by ''to?''

No, but it would not have the same meaning as the ones above.

For example:

Does she ever go to church?
She goes in the country.
She says she feels claustrophobic in urban churches.

Does she ever go to church?
She goes [to church] in the country.
She says she feels claustrophobic in urban churches.
The two words I added in square brackets are implied. She goes in the country can only work in rare, specific contexts.

Hello.

Are all [STRIKE]the[/STRIKE] three examples correct?
1.''Every weekend she goes out of town''.
2.''Every weekend she goes to the country''.
3.''Every weekend she goes to the countryside''.

That's better.
