9:27. One of the hosts remarks, interrupting the guest, that East Palestine over going on. What is the sense of that comment? Does it mean that the war in Israel is the same stuff as the Ukrainian war so it never leaves the agenda, irritating the American people?

East Palestine is a town in Ohio, in the US. There was a massive train derailment last year, releasing chemicals into the environment.

Without viewing the video, I assume the criticism is of Biden focusing attention on Ukraine and neglecting the people of Ohio.

I struggle to understand the expression/grammar involving over (going) on.

I struggle to understand the absurdity of the fact that some people in America thought they'd call their town EAST PALESTINE! 🤣

We've got Parises, Limas, and more Versailles than you can shake a stick at.

(And it's pronounced "Palesteen" in this case.)

I wouldn't be altogether shocked if you told me there's a Gaza Strip in Las Vegas.

Does overgone mean that the theme of Ukraine even overshadowed the latest accident that happened in East Palestine? If such reading is possible, what is the role of "on" pronounced by the host after overgone?
