[Vocabulary] overweightness

Hello,

I couldn't find it in any of my dictionaries, so I'm a bit unsure if the noun from the adjective 'overweight' is overwieghtness.

Could someone help me with this?

No, there isn't such a word -- at least, not right now. Check back in 20 years to see if yours has caught on and been adopted.

You could say "His excess weight is causing..." or "Her heaviness is a factor in.."

I don't know if it's technically correct but "obesity" seems to be used most of the time these days.
