Hi, I'd like to know from a native speaker why the title of the forum area on Pat Metheny site ( Pat Metheny ; then you choose forum on the left side) says:
"Pat Metheny interact"
isn't "interact" a verb in the third person singular? I would have expected "Pat Metheny interacts".
By the way, do you say "Pat metheny's site" or "Pat Metheny site"?

Thanks a lot
Rip

If Pat Metheny himself was interacting, then it would be "Pat Methaeny interacts." That is the 3rd person singular.

Instead, the idea is that fans of him interact with each other.

Or that you interact with him.

Thanks SoothingDave,
but I still don't understand why the subject in the sentence is Pat (third person sing) and not Pat's fans or you
Rip

It's not a sentence. The name is being used as a modifier, not a subject.

They call it the Interact Module- using it as a noun.
