This is the first time I've met her.

It means

(A) I've never met her before.
(B) I had never met her before.


Which one is correct? Or both are incorrect?
I just want to paraphrase "This is the first time I've met her."

It all depends on context, Can you provide some?
 
If you don't get any context, which one sounds natural to you?
