Dear Sir/Madam ,

Please let me know about differences between passive conditional and conditional ?
How can i recognize them ?

Thanks,
Mohammad

I suppose that a passive conditional is one containing a verb in the passive voice, though I have not seen the expression used.

Here are four conditional sentences:

If I crash the car, my father will kill me.
If the car is crashed, I will be killed.
I I crash the car, I will be killed.
If the car is crashed, my father will kill me
.

The verbs in bold are in the active voice; the underlined verbs are in the passive.

One lives and learns. I always thought that 'mood' is related to modality, now I know that it refers to the category of voice and can even be used as a substitute term for it. I'm so excited!

Thank you for spotting my stupid slip, Pokemon. I have now edited it.
