The Mother has been kissing the child
The Mother had been kissing the child
The Mother will be kissing the child
The Mother will have been kissing the child
Is there any passive voice for these sentence

Yes, but the sentences are very cumbersome. Why would one want to use the passive?

5jj is right. But I suppose you (edmondjanet) want to practice working with passive voice.

The child has been being kissed by the mother.
The child had been being kissed by the mother.
The child will be being kissed by the mother.
The child will have been being kissed by the mother.

But 5jj is right. They are cumbersome. I looked up "will have been kissing" (verb phrase of your 4'th sentence in active voice") in google. Only 33 results. 32 of them were just grammar explainations. One of them was a pornography:
"
I will then lick my fingers, all the while she will have been kissing my body and ...."
See! you even don't need the active voice for such sentence, let alone the passive voice. But it's good that you learn the grammatical syntax of them.
