When writing passive sentences without by + objects I have no problem, but ...
If my students rewrite the following sentences like these, can they be acceptable?
1. Mary wash used plastic bottles with water.
- Used plastic bottles are washed
by Marry with water.
2. They will take the children to the zoo next week.
- The children will be taken
by them to the zoo next week.
3. I saw a strange man in the garden last night.
- A strange man was seen
by me in the garden last night.

1. Mary wash used plastic bottles with water. This is incorrect. It should be "Mary washes used plastic bottles ..."
- Used plastic bottles are washed by Marry with water. It's a very unnatural sentence in the passive but if you had to put it in the passive, it would be "Used plastic bottles are washed with water by Mary. (Note the correct spelling of Mary.)

2. They will take the children to the zoo next week.
- The children will be taken by them to the zoo next week. Again, it's an unnatural sentence in the passive but if I had to do it, it would be "The children will be taken to the zoo by them (assuming we know who "them" refers to) next week."

3. I saw a strange man in the garden last night.
- A strange man was seen by me in the garden last night.
Again, unnatural but grammatically correct.

See above in red. You have to bear in mind that the teachers and native speakers on this site are quite disapproving of all these "Turn this perfectly acceptable active sentence into a totally unnatural passive sentence" exercises. They teach students how to construct sentences they will never need.

Thank you so much.

There's no need to make a new post to say 'thank you'. Just click the 'Thank' icon. It saves your time and ours.

I've also seen this in a grammar book:
"He does his homework every day".
"The homework is done by him every day."
Is the passive sentence natural? It doesn't sound natural to me.
Thank you!

It isn't natural.
