I need to write a claim (reclamation) about a broken part but I have some doubts. Please correct and explain if I have mistakes:
Please forgive us for taking so long to reply.
We inform you that mileage is (or is it better to say 'was'?) 0 km and it has been used (or 'had been used') per hour.
The marked valve was jammed (I want to use the verb 'get locked'. How will it be sound in the Passive Voice? 'Was got locked'?). See the attached file.
