Hi,

1) I knew the boy killed by the robbers last night.

2) I knew the killed boy by the robbers last night.

The second sentence is wrong, is that right?

Yes, the second one is wrong. All those things about the boy should come after the noun.
 
It's a relative clause. The past participle is meant to replace (who was). Therefore the past participle should go after the direct object of the main clause (the boy) which is the subject of the relative clause as well.

2) I knew the killed boy by the robbers last night.
