I have to admit I can't even begin to work out what it means in that context! Peach fuzz is that sort of furry skin that you find on a peach, but how that can be related to entrepreneurs is a mystery!

Peach-fuzzed entrepreneurs like Mark Zuckerberg, 19 when he founded Facebook, and Larry Page and Sergey Brin, both 23 when they developed Google, have created a collective image of the successful innovator as youthful, brash, and brilliant.

Perhaps it's a comment on their youth. Younger men don't get such stubbly, full beards as older men, so maybe the piece refers to the soft, furry hair that younger men have on their chins! It's my best guess.
