There were a lot of people that hadn't been invited/ There were a lot of people not invited.
The examples are mine. Is the second version of the same sentence correct?

The first one could work in a sentence like the following one

There were a lot of people there who hadn't been invited.
 
1. There were a lot of people that hadn't been invited.
2. There were a lot of people not invited.
Whenever you give us more than one sentence to look at, present them as a numbered list.

It's not a "version of the same sentence". It's a different sentence.
