Personally, I think the team that won first place cheated.

With 'Personally' and 'I think' repeating the same meaning, does the sentence sound idiomatic to native English speakers?

And how about the 'In my opinion, I think...' construction?

Some people object to this, but you hear it a lot. I would say that it is idiomatic.

And how about the 'In my opinion, I think...' construction?

This doesn't sound idiomatic to me, but others may feel that it does to them.
