Please provide the photo inventory of the project which has been completed recently.

Please provide the photographic inventory of the project which has been completed recently.

Are both sentences grammatically correct?

What's the context?

What's the context?

Thank you for your help on this.

In order to claim the final invoice, we need to submit a detailed inventory (with photos) of the project to the consultant. We need to ask the site management to provide the details.

Is it photographic inventory or photo inventory?

I'd say you're asking for photographic evidence of the completed project.

An inventory is different. It's a list of individual items (written or photographed). That doesn't make any sense to me in terms of a project.

Once again, thank you.

Our scope includes design and build. We have supplied many items (furniture, lighting, accessories..etc.) to this project. How about this sentence?

Please provide a as-built photo documentation of the project which has been completed recently.

Please advise.

I find that overly wordy.

Please provide photos of the [recently] finished project.
