Please correct these sentences:
1) Please close the door of the car
2) Please open the door of the car
3) Please open the window(of the car)
4) Please shut the window (of the car)
5) Who left the window open ? (of the car )
6) Please start the car or Please key the car

More natural to me would be
Please open [or close] the car door [or window].

There is nothing ungrammatical about your #1 - #4. I just wouldn't say them.

5 is fine.
6 - Don't use "key." (There is something called keying a car, but it's when you deliberately ruin the paint job of a car by running your keys along the side. It's an act of vandalism.)

Ok so can you please tell how would you say the first 4 sentences in an advance level english,also you said car door so can it be car's door and if not than why ,please.also can this sentence be much better , He was locking the car and He was shutting the door

As I said, simply say:
Please close the car door.
Please close the car window.
Please open the car door.
Please open the car window.

Often we use a noun as an adjective for things like this. The car door, not the car's door. The building entrance, not the building's entrance. The kitchen window, the table leg, the bathroom mirror, etc.
