Employees complaining about the delay in receiving their salary. So the management wants to send a letter to them- please see below and correct if any mistakes.

With reference to your letter dated June 7, 2017, regarding the delay in receiving the salary, please be noted that the management process the payroll and deposit all employees salary in the bank on time. However, the bank takes their own time to process to distribute that resulting delay. So it is not in our hands.

With reference to your letter dated 7 June 2017, regarding the delay in receiving your salaries, [STRIKE]the salary,[/STRIKE] please be advised [STRIKE]noted[/STRIKE] that the [STRIKE]management[/STRIKE] accounts department processes the payroll and deposits all employees' salaries into their respective [STRIKE]the[/STRIKE] bank accounts on time. However, the bank sometimes takes [STRIKE]their[/STRIKE] its own time to process those deposits. [STRIKE]to distribute that resulting delay. So it is not in[/STRIKE] Thus, any delay is unintended and is out of our hands.
