Please correct this letter

Dear Sir,

I recieved a letter from the Admission Office but i want to know how can i register my required courses using my ID #?

I was having my ielts with band score 6.0 but it is expire 4 months ago so i did another ielts exam last saturday and the ielts results will be given on 14th Sept,2012 ... Can i register for courses before getting the IELTS result?

Since you know that i chose the Applied Mathematics Track which two required courses you advise me to take this semester.

I wish to consider employment as a graduate student at AUS so i want to know how can i involve? And what are your conditions?

Sorry for disturbing you.

yours sincerly,

More than anything else, look at your capitalisation. Go back and edit your draft making sure you capitalise the word "I" (first person singular) every time, all proper nouns (ie IELTS) and capitalising the first word of every sentence. Then we'll look at the content.

Please see my changes above in red. I am not sure that I understood what you were asking in the paragraph starting "Since you know ..." in your original so I have guessed at the meaning. It might not be correct.

But I want to know is it wrong to say" required courses"? It's wrong in the context of the sentence.

Also I have another question .. if I say "In which days the classes will be?" Is it [STRIKE]true[/STRIKE] correct? No, it's not correct.

Bhai.

Are you 100% sure that the person reading your note is a male? If not, then starting "Sir" is a bad idea.

NOT A TEACHER

Also I have another question .. if i say "" In which days the classes will be?"" Is it true?

Here's my alternative, 'Which days do I have class?'
