I think that in writing, your sentence is fine -- if you use the semicolon that I have added to your sentence.

In speech, you might want to say:

The phone is currently sold out, but a new stock has been ordered and should be in soon.
 
"Stock" sounds odd to me. "A new supply" sounds better to me. Or just "...more have been ordered..."
