I don't understand the next sentence. Do you mean "contractor"?

The phrase " make a site" makes no sense to me.

I am confused, Are the "photovoltaic structure" (structure to support the solar panels I persume) and the latter structure (shown in a 3D picture) the same thing or different? I guess they are the same, in which case you could say:

Please find attached the drawing of the structure supporting the photovoltaic cells and a picture of it in 3-D, for Mrs X's house.
