ok, so can you guys plz help me on these sentenses below?

how many fasts did you keep?
or
how many days did you fasts?

which one of the above is correct?

if none of them then, help me to make it

also english is not my first language if there are any mistakes do tell me.

How many days did you fast? When a verb form appears after "do/did", we use the bare infinitive form.

It means that: did , indicates the time of the verb " to fast"...did you fast? Therefore "fast " is bare, by itself, alone, without "to". Bare. Get it?

When a verb form appears after "do/did", so do you mean after verb form like do/did comes
we should use "verb to be" form ??? ok but is "to be " form used singuler here? why not plural?

Proper English requires capital letters.

The infinitive is the "to VERB" form. The bare infinitive is the "VERB" form. Don't think of it is as plural or singular. It's not inflected.

As the second post explained after a form of "to do" (like "did") you use the VERB form - no s on the end.

While (The infinitive "to VERB") is diffrent

Not quite. The "to" infinitive does not get inflected either.

Whether you use the 'to' infinitive or the bare infinitive, it is always 'fast', not 'fasts'.

Is it because "did" is past tense. Thats why we are using "fast" here?? not fasts???

Also past tense "did" dont use plural verb?? or I am getting wrong?

It is not because did is past tense, it is because a form of do/did is there at all. You don't inflect the verb when it follows do/did. I don't know how we can be clearer.
