Please help me write all the words correctly

I need to write all the words correctly. I have written most of them, could you please check and complete the list:

2 sounded like the name Muir to me.

Is "mewer" meant to refer to "one who mews" (ie a cat)?

I myself was puzzled. :-? I found one entry for mewer in a dictionary where it was described like that. Then I thought there might be some other word with the same pronunciation. Does the name Muir sound differently from mewer?

Anyway, for this particular exercise the meaning of the word is not important at all as long as the word exists. It aims at practicing the pronunciation of particular sounds.

For me, Muir is like pure and mewer like sewer.

I agree with "Muir" and "pure". However, if "mewer" means "one who mews", then I would say "mew - er". I pronounce "sewer" as either "soo - er" (the pipes where the sewage goes) or "so - er" (one who sews). I know that some people pronounce "sewer" as "ss-you-er". I am not one of those people.
