One sure thing I will miss about China is the hot pot! There's just no hot pot restaurant in LA that can match even the most ordinary hot pot restaurant in China. Maybe that's why I always go on a hot pot binge when I'm in Shanghai. Believe it or not this is my third time having hot pot in five days...

Note: The last sentence would be OK if you were relating the above in a hot pot restaurant. Otherwise, you can say: "Believe it or not, I've had hot pot for three of the last five days."

Personal comment: I know exactly what you mean. Hot pot in China is absolutely delicious. ;-)
