Are these sentences correct? :

That's difficult because we don't know what you mean. The final part of your original sentence is clear ("Please feel free to contact me") but the opening, in which you talk about possibility, is completely unclear. Please explain the opening part of your sentence.

That's the last part of the email in which I'm asking about possibility of working somewhere.
And I wanted to know if sentences like:

And I would like to know if the sentences above sound natural and are grammatically correct?
And if not what could I possibly write to stress that if there is ONLY a chance I would appreciate if they contact me?

So could you please tell me if I could change just " if it was only possible " to something else to keep the sentence order?
Or I can't just do something like that in english. Because if I could I would prefer to write it more like this. And if I could write with it the word "only" or different one to stress that I would be so thankful for contact if there was any way work there.

There is certainly no place for "possible". You can include "only" by saying "Please feel free to contact me, but only if you can offer me a job". I wouldn't actually say that, though! It sounds rather rude.

If you have already applied for a job and you are waiting for a response, a professional phrase would be something like "I look forward to a positive response".

If you have contacted them just to find out if they have any vacancies, you could say something like "Please feel free to contact me if you have any suitable vacancies".
