[Grammar] precent perfect tense

In present perfect tense
can any one give me the explanation,usage and examples.

It's used in the past when something happened and finished happening before now (amongst other things!)

I have been to the cinema three times.
He has eaten his dinner.
They have broken their TV.

If you Google "present perfect tense" you will find hundreds of pages to help you out! And as an English learner, I'm sure you have a textbook or two.
