Trophy is ready to be unveiled soon.
I am ready to presenting trophy at final match.

Your sentences need definite articles.

1. THE trophy is ready to be unveiled.
2. I am ready to present THE trophy.

Which sentence don't you understand? Or are both giving you trouble?
