How to use to/of/in with adequate?

How do i know when to use what? :-(
 
How [STRIKE]to[/STRIKE] do we/can I use "to/of/in" with "adequate"?

Please note my changes above. We don't formulate questions using "How to ...?"

Always capitalise 'I'.
