How can i convert the below sentence into present perfect continuous.
I have a car since i was seven.
Please answer as soon as possible I have got a test tomorrow.
Thanks.

Hello!

It is better to use the simple form of the present perfect.

I have had a car since I was seven.

Not a teacher.

Why not present perfect continuous form?I mean my teacher has told me to convert the sentence into present perfect continuous form,is your answer ' I have had a car since I was seven' is in present perfect continuous ?If yes then why it doesn't contain the conventional been+verb+ing?

If this was a question from your teacher, we cannot help you. That is what your teacher is for.

Arctica, please give the teachers here a chance to answer questions before you try.

No problem, I won't give any more answers if it's a problem for you. According to the rules of the forum I can give answers if I am sure about the answer.

Sorry. It is against our rules. Your teacher wants to know what you can do, not what we can do.

I was absent when my teacher taught this lesson. Now i wan to learn this for my test.I find nothing wrong in it.It is not the exact sentence that would come in my test it is only a type .My teacher can give any sentence of this kind.I think it's my bad i should have said this type of question will be asked in my test rather than this question will come in my test.

To Curious. My answer wasn't in the present perfect continous, it was in the present perfect (simple form). Ask your teacher or other teachers of this forum to explain you why, although I can give you an answer.
