Present Perfect vs Past Tense

My grammar book mentions that " the present perfect tense may be used in both the since clause and the main clause".
Now, I'd like to know how these two sentences differ with one another?

She has not felt well since she had the flu last month.
She has not felt well since she has had the flu last month.

Do you mean that using perfect sentence both in main clause and since clause is wrong under any circumstances?

I am not going to quarrel with you. I did not know that you may be annoyed because of that. Probably, cultural differences have caused this problem and I think what I did is not against the laws. If you are grateful to people who respond to your questions, then don't post the same question in different forums. It wastes the time of people who make some effort to respond to a question, and then find that it has already received a response elsewhere.

You also need to take into account that other teachers here (two now) have agreed with 5jj's answer - implicitly by 'liking' it. If an answer given here is wrong, it will be challenged.

The second is automatically wrong because a present perfect is combined with a definite past time phrase (last month).

If you deleted 'last month', it would be OK, provided (to the best of the speaker's knowledge) she still had the flu at the time of speaking. (Otherwise, it would be grammatical, but misleading!)
