Hello.

Can I refer to notebooks, iPhones, etc produced by Apple as "Apple products" and "Apple appliances" or even "Apple technology" but not "technique".

You can. "Technique" would be wrong.
 
I wouldn't call them "appliances." There aren't Apple refrigerators or toasters.
 
It seems the word you want is devices.
 
Apple products works for me, though this would include software as well as hardware.

I agree 'appliances' doesn't work in regards to Apple, but it might with other companies we tend to think of as "tech companies". For example, Samsung does make major household appliances like washers, dryers, and fridges.


Edit: LG is another "phone company" that also makes large appliances.
