Is it correct to pronounce the '-ed' like in 'learned man' in words like fixed, mixed when they are used as adjectives, as in 'fixed mass', 'mixed school' etc.?

No.

'mixed' sounds like 'mixt'.

Besides learned, I can only think of blessed (adj) which has two syllables (at least in modern English).

Well there's beloved. And alleged I think.

I agree with 'beloved' and 'aged'.

Alleged has only ever had two syllables for me.

Converted is a different case.

Oh well, I guess that settles it. I only asked about fixed and mixed because I've heard people pronounce them with two syllables, and I thought it sounded weird.
