Is there any difference between providing and considering? And when is "that" omitted?

For example:
-I will cook providing I have the time
-I will cook providing that I have the time
-I will cook considering I have the time
-I will cook considering that I have the time

Which are correct and why?
Thank you for your time in advance.

You may also encounter "seeing" instead of "considering" in such sentences.
I'll cook, seeing I have the time.

In BrE, that would be "seeing as I have the time".
