Supposing you wear warm clothes , you won't get cold.

Your first sentence is correct. Also, note that the word "provided" can be used in place of "providing" with exactly the same meaning.

Providing it doesn't rain, we'll go to the beach.
Provided it doesn't rain, we'll go to the beach.

Note - you need to remove the space from after the word "clothes". You do not put a space before a comma, only after.
