At the beginning of IELTS Cambridge books listening CDs it says, "Published by Cambridge university press and ...?

1. uckels" (It's what I hear and AI suggests but still don't know what it means)
2. buckles" (It's what Google finds but only once on facebook: )

Could you please guess what the missing word is that I cannot hear or possibly click here and listen to it and then let me know?

Wow, how did you find it? I want to know the procedure of finding. I turned the Net inside out but couldn't.
