Would you be so kind to recommend me good (really good) books on English punctuation for upper-intermediate and advanced levels?

Punctuation is so unstandardized that I doubt there are worthwhile books about it. You could consult the style guides of various newspapers and magazines.

Both. I mean... to read the theory with some examples and do some exercises afterward. to make it easier to remember.

GV Carey's Mind the Stop is an old book, but a good read.
